Be careful of the thoughts you hold on to.

They begin to weave into the fabric of our being.
When we repeatedly speak those thoughts, we create them, and they become our reality.
When we dwell on specific thoughts or repeat them to ourselves, they can become internalized and influence our actions, perceptions, and interactions with the world.
Positive thinking and affirmations can lead to a more positive mindset.
Positive thinking, ultimately, leads to better outcomes in life.
