Dish Washer / Prep Cook


We are looking for an experienced and mature dishwasher and prep person. We want a reliable person with a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the juice bar. You will also be responsible for prep work and light juicing. We need a strong individual to contribute and grow with us.
Minimum Requirements: - High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training and/or experience.



  • Ability to communicate clearly - both verbally and in writing- Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications and safety standards
  • Ability to work overtime as required, even on short notice
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work in accordance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards, policies and guidelines
  • Reliable transportation

Qualifications and Characteristics:

– Energetic, innovative and enthusiastic

– Culinary degree/certificate or solid experience

– Experience with and genuine interest in plant-based food

– You have a strong sense of work ethic, get things done in a timely manner, and deliver a high-quality end product

– You are able to see opportunities and hard-working people

- You are able to manage and encourage a team of people

- You will be responsible in maintaining the control of food and labor cost that has been budgeted.

- Responsible for the normal flow of operations throughout the day

- Responsible for training and cross training the staff, manage and organize all inventory
