Chef / Assistant Manager 


We are now searching for a skilled Chef / Assistant Manager with experience and great interest in plant-based food. This person is dedicated, creative and hard-working with strong organizational skills, a strong drive to create wonderful plant-based cuisine and manage a staff of 5 including the juicers and front of house staff.
Applicant must be a team player who is passionate about plant based foods. He/she must be dependable and able to follow/create recipes. culinary training and managerial experience preferred.
The person for this position will manage the kitchen and the front of the house.  We need someone who could start right away.

– Development and production of plant based food

- Creative 
– A professional with high level expertise and commitment
-  Assist in managing the entire staff at the juice bar
– Work closely with the owners

Qualifications and Characteristics:

– Energetic, innovative and enthusiastic

– Culinary degree/certificate or solid experience

– Experience with and genuine interest in plant-based food

– You have a strong sense of work ethic, get things done in a timely manner, and deliver a high-quality end product

– You are able to see opportunities and hard-working people

- You are able to manage and encourage a team of people

- You will be responsible in maintaining the control of food and labor cost that has been budgeted.

- Responsible for the normal flow of operations throughout the day

- Responsible for training and cross training the staff, manage and organize all inventory


  • Culinary and managerial : 4 years (Preferred)
