Take your time and do it right: You should be feeling really good after the detox cleanse. Slowly transition out of your cleanse to mostly raw foods, salads and fruits. For the first few days following the cleanse, avoid heavy proteins, processed foods, white flour and sugar. We recommend that you continue with our Lifestyle Rejuvenation Plan, drinking 17- to 34-oz daily. Don’t forget to keep hydrated with water by drinking half your body weight in ounces.
