Plant Based Food

Most of our food is plant based. A whole-food, plant-based lifestyle focuses on foods primarily from plants.  It’s a healthy diet based on fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, oils,  whole grains, and legumes.  There is so much goodness with raw food and it taste so good. It doesn’t mean you are vegetarian or vegan and never eat meat or dairy. Instead, you are choosing most of your foods from living plant sources.
