Cold pressed juice is juice that was hydraulicly pressed and extracted from the vegetable, fruit, and herbs. The hydraulic press system applies tremendous pressure to extract all the liquid vitamins, trace minerals, enzymes and other vital nutrients from the tiny microscopic cells of the fibers of vegetables, fruits, and herbs to create the finest juice with flavor and superior quality. The juice is never heated, pasteurized, and all the wonderful nutrients from the plant are intact. The result is a clean, light and fresh-tasting raw juice experience with all the nutrients and enzymes. We use the Juiced Rite stainless steel juicer and the Norwalk Hydraulic Press Juicer to cold press our juices.
